KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
2010-2011 Kindergarten registration for eligible children in Sauquoit Valley School District will be conducted: Wednesday, February 3rd from 4:00 - 7:00 pm in the Elementary main office Thursday, February 4th from 4:00 -7:00 pm in the Elementary main office Friday February 5th from 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Nurse’s office. Children need not be present for registration. To enter kindergarten, a child must be 5-years-old on or before December 1, 2010. A completed registration packet along with an original birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residence (National Grid bill or Tax bill) must be supplied at the time of registration. Students currently enrolled in Head Start or Universal Pre-K will receive a packet the week prior to registration. If you have a child eligible for Kindergarten and did not receive a packet by January 29th please contact the elementary office at 839-6339. |
