New NYS recommendations for the 08-09 school year.

The Dental Law States:
* Each student is requested to furnish a Dental Health certificate at the same time that Health certificates (Physicals) are required- UPK, K, 2, 4, 7, 10 & all transfers.
* Each such certificated shall describe the Dental Health condition of the student when the examination was made, which shall not be more than twelve months prior to the commencement of the school year in which the examination is requested.
* Each certificate must be signed by the dentist.
